My approach to therapy is to allow my clients to guide their sessions while I serve as a support. My psychodynamic approach allows clients to enjoy helping people do “inner work” to explore their past experiences and dig deep into their thoughts.
I feel treatment should be individualized because each person is unique in their needs. The goal of treatment is to promote healing and facilitate change at the client’s pace. I make sure not to rush as the process is determined by my client’s comfort level.

As we move through the process, I will always be transparent and honest. In addition to my therapeutic services, I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy in my work as well. I am grateful to be able to help people in my work, which is my lifelong passion.
Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and welcome the opportunity to continue to do so. I have experience with trauma, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. It is my pleasure to help in any capacity to facilitate your healing.
